Monetizing, Traffic, & Knowledge – Expansion on Copyblogger Post (VIDEO)

InfoPreneurs,

This video is in reference to a post over on copyblogger today called Convert, or Die.   It’s a great listen.

Anyway, I wanted to pluck 3 of the points and just give another 1 or 2 minutes of insights.

So, remember:

1) People don’t care How much you know…until they know how much you care.

2) Traffic is good…but making money is better.

3) Focus on the Emotion of the Buying process.  Pull out pains and solutions of whatever niche / topic you are targeting and help people to solve their issues.  If you can…you will be rewarded with their trust, and ultimately a purchase from them.

Take care and keep on rocking.

Oh!

PS. Quick update on my InfoPreneur Challenge to Myself. I guess I could technically say  Easy WordPress Website was product #1, but that would be cheating myself.  Soooo, Product #1 is a Video Blogging Primer.  It should be ready on Monday.

If you are on the Advanced Notification List, you’ll hear about the discount first, before the price goes up.  I’ll be working on the simple download page and sales page the rest of today/tomorrow, and prepping it to go LIVE on Monday. Stay tuned.

It’s funny, I can’t stop coming up with new Information Product ideas.  I just jot them down in my hand-dandy organization system and will pull them out soon as I need more topics.  DOLT!  Another product idea…how I organize my “ideas”.  ;)

Hey, have a great weekend, and keep on rocking!

  1. Hi Brandon, it’s nice video!! I agree with you, people will not care about how much knowledge that we have, until they know we care.

    Hey Branon,

Just want to say congrats on a strong comeback. I really thought for awhile that you had let this blog wilt and die. So glad to see you bringing new life to it. Your posts in the new year have been exactly the type of stuff I expect from TIP.

    • Hey Carl,
Thanks man! I’m glad you’ve been enjoying the posts, etc.
I’ll stop over and check out snorkl.tv. ;)

      Later,
      Brandon

thanks so much for the visit Brandon. This post here couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I’ve been really enjoying the content and caring phase of snorkl.tv, although I’ve never technically or purposefully labeled it as such. It all came naturally. I know that I need to move into monetization as there is no way I can maintain the hours I put in to it. I’ve been itching to build some seminar and course material, I just have to pull the trigger.

I always knew that James chose you for a reason, keep doing what you do.
Look forward to talking with your more.

        Carl
