  1. All products created by theinfopreneur.net are the sole property of this site and may not be distributed or sold without permission.
  2. All of my products have a lifetime refund.  I want my buyers and readers to be happy.  If you ever feel you were jipped, let me know.  I don’t do business that way.  However, if you are out to screw me over by buying the product, then asking for a refund, and then put it to use…shame on you.  I wouldn’t run my business that way, nor should you.
  3. In the unlikely event you are unable to download a product or service that you have paid for, then you must send a email to contact@theinfopreneur.net stating your order number and full name. You must also allow a reasonable amount of time for your claim to be checked and responded to.
  4. Buying a service or product from this site you are confirming that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions of sale on TheInfoPreneur.net.
  5. When you submit a guest post for consideration for TheInfoPreneur.net site you are confirming the post is unique and of your own work. You also agree that it can be used on this site and understand it will be used with respect.
  6. When you comment on this site you are agreeing to the comments policy.

Email and Affiliate Marketing – FTC Considerations

  1. I have a love to share my experiences with readers.  I also need to support my family.  I may make $5/month, or I may make $5Million dollars per month.  Please assume every word and every link you read on this blog, and in my email marketing communications, and in my products is an affiliate link and I will get paid if you click on it, view it, watch it, listen to it, or blink at it, etc, etc.  If that doesn’t sit well, then perhaps this site is not for you.
  2. If you subscribe for any of my products, you will be on my emailing list.  You are more than welcome to unsubscribe at any time.  I aim to give the absolute best value on the market.  I will not give away your email address, even if I’m offered payment.
  3. I may offer you opportunities to purchase products besides my own.  This is called affiliate marketing.  This is in the form of email solicitations, and banners, and links found on this site.  If you feel it is wrong for me to earn money from a website, please leave this site, shut down your PC, and go to Walmart.  There you will find the greatest affiliate marketer of all time.  You will find products, that they did not produce, that they are making 25% to 60% margins.  They don’t even have to tell you they didn’t make the product.  They will place signs that read “Best Deal” beside certain items that give them the greatest opportunity for profit.  NOT because it is in YOUR best opportunity as a consumer.
  4. You, are my highest priority.  The readers of this site.  If I lose your trust, I have no business.  Yes, sometimes you may not agree with a product that I promote and say is a good product.  That’s ok. We are all different people, and that’s cool.
  5. My intention is to have this site make money through selling my own products, information, and referring you to other valuable products have helped me.
