90 Second Life Changer

I used a similar technique in the military when training elite troops, I’ll let the video do the talking;

Finding emotional triggers when training someone is easy for me to do when I can get in their face and talk them into working harder or use a trigger that provides almost super human endurance. Something different, but hopefully you like it.

What does everyone think?

    Excellent reminder that now is all we have. I live a few blocks away from an old folks home and I like to walk past there regularly to remind myself to make the best use of my health and abilities while I still can. For me, that means writing and helping others.

    Reminds me of a series we had a church. How do you want to be remembered? If you died tomorrow would anyone care? It’s called Living the Dash. One day you’re born, one day you die, what are you going to do with the dash in between your start date and your end date.

  5. You’re right– time is the one thing that we’re ALL going to run out of, no questions asked. That alone should be enough motivation to take advantage of every day and live life to it’s fullest. I’m trying to do that right now, and I hope everyone else is, too. As always, great video and great post.

  6. I like the basic message, the key message of “Do it”. Those two words sum it up for me. Well, enough commenting tonight, I am off to just “do it”.
