Bloggers Get on Board – Or Else…

Bloggers Get on Board – Or Else MISS OUT on a great opportunity to add email subscribers to your list.

Ok, I’ve been pounding away about needing to get your own information products going…both free, and ones you charge for.  A VITAL part of any sales funnel is to have a freebie giveaway available for your readers and viewers.  Well, recently, I completed my first JV Giveaway.  I added over 40 subscribers to my email list in 2 days from that giveaway…and it last 2 weeks.

Well, I want to tell you about another one….and the best part….it is for Bloggers.  It is also ran by a great gal named Stephanie Mulac who has taught at one of Alex Jeffreys coaching seminars that people pay thousands to attend.

If you know you want in right now….Click Here.

New to JV Giveaways?

Basically, if you have a freebie giveaway, a graphic, and an autoresponder…then you are qualified to participate.  I’m fully expecting to add at least 60 people in 2 days this time (I won’t be 1 day late this time around).  Like I said…it will relevant to bloggers, so if you have anything in the:

* Affiliate Marketing
* Article Marketing
* Graphics
* Videos
* Traffic & Backlinking
* Social Networking
* And so on, you can get involved.

There is a Free option, and then 2 upgrade options to get involved. The 2 upgrades give you more opportunity to expose your products.

Why is This One Going to Be Good For You?

Chances are…if you are reading this…you may be a blogger in some niche that caters to people who blog.  I see who some of the Alex Jeffreys students are who are jumping on board, and I know there is going to be a lot of emails being sent out getting people to sign up.

When?

Doors open August 12th.  You can sign up now as a contributor.  People will start emailing, tweeting, and you get to collect signups.

One of my favorite parts of joining…is actually getting a lot of the products myself.  Yeah, there is some crap there, but I’ll tell you one thing…I have found hundred dollar gems in there that help me every single day.  Sometimes, there is something offered for free on exactly what I’m looking for at that particular moment…or if I’m not interested, but think I may be in the near future…I still grab it.

Anyway, if you have a blog yourself…I also recommend you refer your readers to get on board.  You can make a few bucks, sure, but really, this is about building your email lists…and the fact that it is blogging specific is awesome.

Feel free to post any questions in the comments below and I’ll do my best to answer them, or I will work to get you specific answers.

If you are interested….click here to review or joinup.

Take care,

Brandon Yeager

PS…I’m up to averaging 4 new signups every day.  Not much..but every month that is another $120/revenue.  So, why not give it a try.

If you don’t have a product…you can get one completed ASAP, or maybe this is the DEADLINE you need, to get it finished and get it out there for people.

  1. PS…just to let everyone know…the JV members are now up to 403 registered. It should be a good one to get in on if you are a blogger.

    Later,

  2. I’ve been downloading from these things for years; haven’t contributed yet though.

    A step by step on exactly how might be cool. ;)

    • Hey Dennis, will give y ou the quick run down. :)

      1) You need to have a freebie product giveaway (yes, they usually allow it to lead to a OTO, but they have to be able to get something free). You need a graphic. You need an autoresponder on your squeeze page.

      2) Signup at the links in the post.

      3) Upon signup, you are typically offered opportunities to upgrade from free contributor, to 2 different premium contributor statuses. The 2 different premium ones usually have extra perks such as being able to contribute multiple gifts, higher commission percentages for sales generated through the giveaway (these are usually not substantial….but you can maybe at least get your investment into the premium back from it).

      4) So, now that you are signed up, you’ll be able to enter your information for your:
      - squeeze page
      - image url
      - download url
      - contact info (in case of technical glitches)

      5) Then when launch day comes, usually there is a period of like 2 weeks where you can promote the giveaway. Yeah, you can earn some commissions, but it’s usually the email leads that make it worthwhile. Generally, the more you promote it…the closer to page 1 your giveaways usually land…thereby you get more signups. So, yes, those with big lists, have best opportunities to get more signups…but don’t be deterred. I did ok on my first one.

      One Caveat..you need to promote. If you can’t get even 1 impression…and they KNOW you are just sitting there as a free contributor hoping people signup to you freebie, from people who have 8,000 people on their list….and you can’t do ANYTHING to help…they can Elminate you. ;) You need to be a giver and live up to your promises to help with the promotion.

      Hope that helps Dennis (& any others out there wanting more info)

      Brandon

  3. Wow, Brandon – what happened to your spam control? Just look at the comment before me.

    Just wanted to let you know that I could not come up with anything better, but to republish your post on my blog.

    I’ve never done a giveaway before, but sounds like it’s something I’d love to try!

    Thanks for the info.

    • Ana,
      Thank you SO MUCH for letting me know…you know what…i haven’t had spam issues (at least them getting through)..at all…until the other day. I upgraded to WP3.01. Coincidence? I don’t know. But perhaps Askimet hasn’t upgraded for full compatibility yet.

      Thanks again,
      Brandon
