Hey Eleanor,

Yeah good point people are different. For me though I always have to do it and deal with it while the ball is rolling.

Good point about working in a team though, you are only as strong as your weakest link!

I love reading your articles, they always give me something to think about and I often find myself nodding along with you!

This time though I don't completely agree. The drive and passion you have shines through and this article is a great motivation to get people going. However, I believe people also need space to go at their own speed and even take a few backward steps sometimes.

What made me think was your allusion to jumping from high places. I personally would have to build my confidence a little at a time. Likewise, whilst I personally would have preferred to go at Give A Brick full speed, others in the team needed more time. Had we gone for the all or nothing approach, we'd be long gone by now!

Awesome stuff here. You definitely show leadership with your blog and you're not just all talk. You're going at it full throttle and you're doing it. Just so you know you're in my top blogs to visit daily.

I believe you should go at it this way too because when people say Go For IT!; they're not meaning take small steps and get there slowly. I like to think that having a goal and a plan is your slow period. When you do it, do it fast and do it best you can.

You're kicking ass with this blog man! Awesome stuff. I LOVE reading your articles!

I know you will do this anyway but I am going to say this anyway: keep at it!

Too true Tony, You have to bear in mind what your readers and customers are doing, but by being in front they will have to follow! Thanks for visiting the site!

Interesting perspective - and , while its hard to generalise, I certainly agree you can't be half committed and do need to be prepared for endurance. At the end of the day, though, your pace will be determined by your customers - great if their demand draws you on; not so great if you are way ahead of them.

thanks for the thoughts
