I see and read great blogs all the time, I then go back to them a few weeks later and no new posts, in fact the blog has completely shut down and is just waiting for the domain lease to run out. Why?…. The blogger running the site has given up, no one is coming to read what they have to say, their site has been on life support every since the first post, and now someone has switched the machine off and its only a matter of time.
InfoPreneurs don’t do this, we succeed where others fail, we triumph where others shy away, we make our own way in the world, and here’s why;
- Marketing
You could write the best content in the world, the very best vital information that is life changing, indeed you could have the answer to the creation of man, but if that content isn’t published anywhere, your site will fail in a big way. InfoPreneurs leave cookie crumbs for their site everywhere they go, we make the very best of social media, and we never pay for advertising. Its like being the best basketball player in the world, but if you don’t have a ball to play with your going to fail.
- Consistency
Comes in two parts; Consistent posting, If you start posting 5 times a week or even 5 times a day keep it up give your readers what they want and are used too, secondly write in the same style. Imagine a friend who constantly changes their accent every 2 seconds… probably quite very for a moment but after that they will be the loneliest person on the planet. Infopreneurs deliver with style that people recognise like and feel comfortable with.
- Belief
Believe you can do it! The amount of emails I get saying ‘I’m not sure where I’m going wrong, should I choose a different market?’ You can do anything you want, seriously I’m living proof of that. Look at this post in which I talk about myself having absolutely no qualifications at all. You don’t need anything like that, all you need is the belief you can achieve success. InfoPreneurs have this belief running through their veins, in-built into their DNA.
- Drive
Of course all of this doesn’t matter if you can’t be bothered to do anything about it. You need the conquer all attitude, become scarily obsessed with your website, write new content, refresh your stats counter, talk non-stop about it on every social media site going. Don’t be ashamed of promoting your website.
If you consider yourself a blogger, you should seriously start thinking about becoming an InfoPreneur!
